How to unsubscribed Premium Plan

Please Check Before Canceling

You can use the Premium Plan features until the end of your subscription period

Even after canceling, you can continue to use the features of the Premium Plan until the end of the contract period.

Please note that there will be no refunds, including pro-rated refunds, for payments already made, even if you cancel in the middle of the subscription period. Be cautious as you will be charged again if you exceed the renewal date.

You can check the renewal date in the app settings or by following the procedures below:

For iOS
  1. Open the Settings app and tap on your name displayed at the top.
  2. Select “Subscriptions”.
  3. You will see the “Remote Dice 3D” listing.
For Android
  1. Open the Google Play app and tap on the profile icon in the top right corner.
  2. Select “Payments & subscriptions” > “Subscriptions”.
  3. You will see the “Remote Dice 3D” listing.

　

We do not offer refunds or returns

Due to the nature of the product, we cannot offer refunds or returns after purchasing the Premium Plan. As a general rule, we will follow the policies of application providers such as the App Store and Google Play.

How to Cancel

For iOS
  1. Open the Settings app and tap on your name displayed at the top.
  2. Select “Subscriptions”.
  3. Select “Remote Dice 3D”.
  4. Scroll to the bottom and select “Cancel Subscription”.
For Android
  1. Open the Google Play app and tap on the profile icon in the top right corner.
  2. Select “Payments & subscriptions” > “Subscriptions”.
  3. Select “Remote Dice 3D”.
  4. Tap on “Cancel Subscription”.
