Amagamina Games, Inc.(“We” and the “Company”) has established the following privacy policy (the “Policy”) regarding the handling of personal information in the app “Remote Dice 3D” (the “Service”).

In addition, the support website for the Service and the “Web Viewer” that contains the Policy is hereinafter referred to as the “Website”.

1. Obtaining personal information

3. Regarding advertisements posted on the Service

Service uses third-party advertising services (AdMob, UnityAds).

The Website (Web Viewer only) uses a third-party advertising service (Google AdSense).

Google AdSense may use “Cookie” (name, address, e-mail address, and telephone number are not included) to display advertisements for products and services that match the user’s interests.

Cookie collection can be disabled in your browser settings, if cookies are disabled, you can still use the Web Viewer.

4. Use of ad identifiers/device identifiers

Service obtains an ad identifier/device identifier from your device.

These identifiers are used by each app or website to tracking your behavior and share the collected data with third-party apps, and are used by the Service to deliver advertisements tailored to your interests.

In Apple’s iOS version 14 and later, if permission is not selected in the tracking permissions displayed in the app, the system will not be available. This setting can be changed even after it has been selected. Please click here for more information.

If you do not give us your tracking permission, you will still be able to use all the features of the app.

5. About Service and the access analysis tools used by the Website

Service and the Website use Google Analytics, an access analysis tool provided by Google.

The Google Analytics used on the Website uses cookies to collect traffic data. This traffic data is collected anonymously and does not identify you personally.

This feature can be rejected by disabling cookies, so please check the settings of your browser.

While it is not possible to disable Google Analytics used in the Service, the data is collected anonymously and is not personally identifiable.

6. Other data analysis

In addition to the above Google Analytics, We record the usage status on our server to the extent that individuals cannot be identified in order to improve services.

In addition, when an app crashes, We send the crash status anonymously so that We can investigate the cause and provide a fixed version as soon as possible.

7. About External Account Linking

Service provides a system that allows you to sign in to the Service using an external account provided by another company. The details are as follows.

(1)It is used to sign in to the Service and to obtain User Name and Profile Icon, and is not used for any other data. For example, even if the account to be signed in is a SNS service, the Service will not post to the SNS. Details on how to manage authentication information are described in Article 4 of the Terms of Service.

*If you sign in with your AppleID (iOS only), your username and profile icon will not be used.

(2)The User Name and Profile Icon can be changed even after external account linking. The changes will be made only within the app of the Service, and will not affect the account from which they are linked.

(3)You can unlink at any time. From the app’s settings screen, click the “UNLINK” button to the right of your username. Disabling the link will not affect your bookmarks or other data, but you will no longer be able to use the same external account to log in to other devices.

*If there is a device that was signed in using the same external account at the time of deactivation, you will need to log in or register again on a device other than the one used to deactivate the link.

(4)It is not possible for other users to see which external accounts you are linked to.

8. About Room Invite URL

Anyone can join a room by tapping the room invitation URL generated by the Service on a device with the app installed (including scanning the QR code).

If the information displayed in the room (room name, user name, profile icon) contains information that can identify individuals or content that is offensive to public order and morals, please do not post the invitation URL on social networking sites or bulletin boards where it can be viewed by many people. If you have posted the invitation URL in an unintended place, please dissolve the room as soon as possible.

9. Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties

We will not provide personal information to third parties (including those located outside Japan) without the prior consent of the individual. 10. Management of personal information

We will take the necessary measures to prevent leakage, loss, damage, or unauthorized access to personal information, and will appropriately manage the personal information of the person concerned. In addition, when we outsource the handling of personal information, we will supervise the outsourcer to ensure that the personal information is properly managed.

11. Disclosure, correction, suspension of use, deletion, etc

When we receive a request for disclosure, correction, addition, deletion, cessation of use, deletion, cessation of provision to a third party, or notification of the purpose of use of personal information held by us in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act, We will respond appropriately in accordance with the Act after confirming the identity of the person making the request.

If you have any comments, questions, or other inquiries regarding the handling of personal information, please use the Contact Us page. If you would like to report a problem with the Service, please use the contact form in the app.

When you use the contact form in the app, your user ID for the Service, device model information, OS version, etc. will be included in the email. This information will be used to promptly resolve the problem and will not contain any information that can identify you personally.

We will not disclose the contents of your inquiry without your permission. We will not use your name and e-mail address for any purpose other than replying to your e-mail.

13. Procedures for changing the Policy

We will modify the Policy as necessary. However, in the case of a change to the Policy that requires the consent of the user under the law, the changed Policy will be applied only to users who have agreed to the change in a manner prescribed by the Company. In the event of any changes to the Policy, the Company will notify users of the effective date and content of the revised Policy by displaying it on the Website or by other appropriate means.

Some of the information in the Service, such as the terms of use, is posted on the Website and displayed in the browser in the app. In the event that you are transferred from this site to another site via a link or banner, etc., we assume no responsibility for the information, services, etc. provided at the destination site.

However, we are not responsible for any damages caused by the use of the Service, except in cases where we are grossly negligent.
