7. Fees other than the Price

Internet connection fees and communication charges required for purchasing and downloading content are the responsibility of the customer.

8. Payment Method

You can use any of the following payment methods

– Various credit cards

– Cell phone bill collection service

– Other payment methods provided by companies that handle payment for purchases on behalf of the customer.

9. How to Purchase

Please select a duration from the Premium Plan screen, and pay by various payment methods to use the Premium Plan.

10. When Premium Plan will be available

You can use the service immediately after completing the payment procedure, unless otherwise specified.

11. Refunds and Returns

(1)At the customer’s convenience

Due to the nature of the product, refunds and returns are not possible after the purchase of Premium Plan.

Please make sure of the contents, usage period, and usage environment before applying for or purchasing Premium Plan. Please also check the introduction page of Premium Plan Features.

(2)Based on application defects

If a defect is found in an app, the app will be upgraded or provided in some other appropriate manner to repair the defect.

If there is a defect that significantly damages the content of the Premium Plan service, and if the customer incurs a loss due to a significant delay in the provision of a fix app, the customer may be required to pay a refund or return the product.

(3)Other

We will follow the arrangements of each app provider site such as AppStore and Google Play.

12. Special Conditions

(1)About cooling off

This is not a service to which the cooling-off period stipulated in the Specified Commercial Transaction Law applies.

(2)Notes on the recurring billing system

In the event of cancellation in the middle of the contract period, fees will be charged up to the contract expiration date, and no refunds will be made, including refunds based on pro-rated settlements, etc. In this case, the service will be provided until the contract expiration date. (3)Contracts for Minors

If you are a minor, please obtain the consent of a parent or guardian before making a purchase.
